Registration Steps

Registration Steps for Zayed Military University

Log in using the student’s UAE PASS account.
If the student does not have a UAE PASS account, the student must create one using the following link: https://uaepass.ae/signup
If the student already has a UAE PASS account, please ensure that the registered mobile number and email address are correct, as the student will be contacted using these details.
The mobile number or email address can be updated through the UAE PASS application or website by following these steps:

a. Log in to the UAE PASS account.

b. Open the profile.

c. Go to Personal Details and update the information.

d. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to confirm the update request.

Prepare the required documents for the Zayed Military University admission application (except for current academic year Grade 12 students or equivalent, who are required to provide the first-term certificate).
Complete the admission application form on the Zayed Military University website

Admission Requirements

General Admission Requirements

Must be a UAE national.
Must hold a General Secondary School Certificate or equivalent, subject to the academic partner’s requirements for each specialisation.
Applicants must be between 17 and 25 years old; however, applicants to Abu Dhabi Police must be at least 18 years old.
Must be of good conduct and character, with no convictions for crimes involving honour or trust unless legally rehabilitated.
Must not have been dismissed from military service for any reason.
The minimum height requirement is 160 cm for male applicants and 155 cm for female applicants; however, applicants (male and female) to the Air Force, Abu Dhabi Police, and the Ministry of Interior must meet a minimum height of 165 cm.
Air Force applicants must provide a valid Grade 1 medical test certificate.
Must successfully pass medical examinations, tests, and interviews conducted by the competent authorities within the Armed Forces.
Must hold a certificate issued by the National and Reserve Service Authority determining the candidate’s status regarding national and reserve service.

University Graduate

Zayed Military University Graduate

Upon successful completion of the requirements of one of the approved academic programmes, the candidate is awarded an accredited academic degree in accordance with the applicable legislation approved by the Ministry of Higher Education.

The candidate is commissioned as an officer upon the successful completion of the academic programme and the required military training at the specialised colleges, in accordance with the laws, regulations, decisions, and systems in force within the Armed Forces.

After graduation, students affiliated with other organisations remain subject to the rules, policies, and systems of their employer with regards to employment benefits.
